OG Performance and Tuning Customer Service Messaging

Program Description

OG Performance and Tuning uses SMS/text messaging for conversational customer service related to customer-requested automotive services. Messages may include replies to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, intake questions, estimate follow-ups, diagnostic scheduling, tuning or dyno availability, coding or programming service coordination, parts installation communication, and service-related updates.

This messaging program is not intended for mass marketing or unrelated promotional messaging.

How Customers Opt In

Customers opt in by visiting https://theogpt.com/contact/ and submitting the OG Performance and Tuning contact/intake form. The form collects the customer’s name, email, phone number, vehicle/service details, and message.

Before submitting, the customer must actively check an unchecked consent box agreeing that OG Performance and Tuning may contact them about their request by phone, email, or text message. The consent text states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and customers can reply STOP to opt out.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the customer’s inquiry, appointment, estimate, or service status. Customers may receive multiple messages during an active service request or appointment scheduling conversation.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
